Who processes your data

What data we process and why

When you send an enquiry form, we process your name, company, e-mail, phone number if you provide it, the text of your message, your form answers and the address of the page you sent it from. We use this data to handle your enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to companies that contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without your contact details.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries while we handle them and then for no more than 3 years after our last communication. If we start working together, retention follows the contract and our legal obligations.

Who can access the data

• Authorised people who handle enquiries, including the company Gelinta s.r.o.
• Cloudflare, the provider of website hosting and security.
• Resend, the service that delivers form enquiries by e-mail.
• Mailbox providers where we receive enquiries.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on GDPR safeguards, for example a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to the e-mail above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies and measurement

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Your browser stores only whether you are viewing the offer for people or for pets, so the view stays the same on your next visit. If we introduce measurement, we will turn it on only after your consent and update this policy.

The hosting provider may briefly process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and secure the website.
